  One yaer rent $2,175.00 per month,  include tax. you have to have your own contract with telephone and internet company.
  Minimum stay is 1 night except during certain times. Please contact us for details.
  The rate is for up to 3 people. Additional person will be charged $25.00 for each adult ( from 6 years old) and each child for $10.00 each night.

RATES quoted do not include 11.962% vacation rental tax. All payments can be made by cash, personal or company check (US residents only).

  RESERVATION

We will accept reservations two months before the check-in date, After receipt of the confirmation email, please send a check for the total anount (including tax) within three days. We will send you more information after receiving your check.

We will not respond to your reservation inquiry on Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays and between 12/16/06-1/02-07,3/16/07-3/26/07,5/31/07-6/30/07,8/1/07-8/24/07.
If you are plannnig to stay between 2/16/07-3/02/07, please start making your reservation on 12/01/06.
If you are plannnig to stay between 5/16/07-5/26/07, please start making your reservation on 3/01/07.
If you are plannnig to stay August 2007, please start making your reservation on 5/01/07.

CANCELLATION
We will not accept cancellation, therefore, we will not return the money.
