A deposit of 50% of the nights reserved is required at time of reservation, balance is due two weeks before arrival. A one day cancellation fee applies to cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.  All payments are forfeited if cancellation occurs within 30 days and space is not rented. Policy is adjusted for short notice bookings.
